The Lincoln Leadership Alumni Association is made up of graduates from the 

Leadership Lincoln program, which promotes community involvement and leadership development within the local area. The program is known to foster leadership by connecting individuals with community leaders, local government, and various nonprofit organizations.

Alumni from this program often continue their involvement in local activities and beyond—often contributing to projects that are a benefit to Lincoln's civic, social, economic and educational endeavors.
